At Loeffler Randall, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all dust bags and brand boxes, to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are intact before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
